I received an email from the Hawaii Ulu Cooperative with an offer. It was roughly a week before Thanksgiving. The offer to have 5 lbs. Ulu by Thanksgiving!? Peeled, fully cooked, and frozen? The photographed me stomach first, then my mind. I didn't know how much space was available in freezer. But then when will Ulu be available again? I bought 5, but before paying, doubled it to 10! Arrived on time, packaged differently than I anticipated. Tasted phenomenal! We ate 2.5 lbs.the rest is being guarded like "gold"!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

we love this product. Have made ulu flan, uu hummus, ulu cakes, and ulu fish chowder so far. Only wish there was somewhere I could get the boy, the packaging and the ice wraps to - hate to waste them.
