Hawaiian ‘ulu, par cooked
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice ‘ulu with a mandoline to 2mm thick. Dip the ‘ulu slices in coconut oil to coat and place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from parchment paper and sprinkle immediately with sea salt.
