‘Ulu Chocolate Mousse

Make our famous ‘Ulu Lā Breadfruit Mousse at home! Makes approximately 6 cups of 100% gluten-free, non-GMO, ‘ono-as-can-be goodness. Substitute agave syrup for honey for a vegan treat.

3 cups fresh or frozen ripe breadfruit
15 oz. coconut milk + 5 oz. or until desired consistency is reached (less for mousse, more for pudding)
2 cups dark chocolate, melted
3 tablespoons honey + more to taste

Blend ‘ulu, 15 oz. coconut milk, chocolate, and honey together until smooth. (Note: blender, food processor, or hand mixer all work well). Add more coconut milk and honey to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
