The Local Starches from Fruits webinar will include a cooking demo on Saturday March 27 from 10am to 12pm HST using the products featured in the ʻEkolu Box. Participants will learn how to make ‘Ulu Pasta from breadfruit flour and an ʻono dessert using Baker’s Ripe ‘Ulu and Pala’ai (squash).

Miscommunication Means I Didn't Get It

People gave me different times for pick up - and initially, I had even been told it would be dropped off at my place. I never did get it, and we were not able to participate because I didn't have it. I understand learning curves are normal and this was a learning curve. It was still disappointing
