Dairy and Gluten-free ‘Ulu Lā chocolate mousse is made with only a few simple ingredients: ripe ‘ulu, rich dark chocolate, pure coconut milk, local honey, and a dash of salt. Best enjoyed served thawed for 10 minutes from frozen, or from the refrigerator.
Shelf-life: 2 years frozen; 17 days refrigerated.
