Hawai’i orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays using FedEx priority overnight and will arrive by Wednesday or Friday by 5 p.m.
Continental U.S. and Alaska orders are shipped on TUESDAYS ONLY, and will arrive either on Wednesday or Thursday depending on your selected shipping method.
We currently ship to Hawaiʻi addresses, Continental US, and Alaska. Food products are shipped via FedEx and cannot be sent to PO boxes, only street addresses.
Perishable food items are shipped via FedEx Overnight, Priority Overnight, or FedEx 2nd Day depending on your selected product and location. We use eco-friendly packaging and insulation to ship perishable food items. Nonperishable items such as goods and apparel may also be shipped using first class United States Postal Service.
Wholesale orders must be recieved the week before fulfillment. Desired delivery day must be indicated in the notes section of the wholesale order cart. Depending on order size and timing, the sales team will reach out if any adjustments must be made to accomodate the fulfillment schedule.
The majority of our packaging, including retail packs and 5 lb bulk bags, is sourced from vendors who confirm the absence of BPA. While we have not conducted independent lab testing, we rely on our suppliers' assurances regarding the safety of these materials.
