Estimated Shipping Costs
Why does shipping cost so much? We are dealing with perishable goods that must be kept frozen, therefore these items can not be in transit for more than 2 days, we use eco-friendly packaging and ice packs that add to the cost of shipping. Below is a table that includes estimated shipping costs for FedEx Overnight to various location unless otherwise noted. Please note that due to fluctuations in shipping prices the numbers below may not reflect the actual quote for shipping. Please add your items into the cart to see the actual shipping costs.

Shipping Food Products
Food products are shipped and delivered frozen in eco-friendly insulated packaging. When prompted to enter your shipping information, please enter the street address only (sorry no P.O. boxes!) to ensure your order arrives promptly.
- Shipped out on Tuesdays using FedEx priority overnight.
- Orders will arrive on Wednesday by 5 PM.
- Orders must be placed on our website by midnight on Monday to make the cutoff for same week fulfillment. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week Tuesday.
- We are not able to ship small food boxes where overnight shipping from Hawai’i is unavailable. However, FedEx 2nd day may be used for large box orders.
- Orders ship on Tuesdays only via FedEx 2nd day.
- Orders must be placed on our website by midnight on Monday to make the cutoff for same week fulfillment. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week Wednesday.
Shipping Goods & Apparel
- Orders for non-food items are typically shipped via FedEx or USPS for orders shipped within the Hawai'ian islands.
- For orders being shipped to the continental United States or Alaska, orders will typically be shipped via USPS First-Class, or USPS Priority Flat-Rate.
- We make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner, most orders for in-stock items will ship the day after the order is placed.
Refund & Return Policy
We always strive to provide high-quality frozen and shelf-stable food products. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary.

Please provide photos of any defective or spoiled products and contact HUC immediately.

Products must not be expired and unopened and in their original packaging.

Orders less than 100 lbs must be returned within fifteen (15) days of delivery.

Orders over 100 lbs must be returned within three (3) months from the date of purchase.

Provide your order number, the reason for return, and relevant details, including photos.

Eligible returns may be refunded in the form of company credit or to the original form of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless it is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements above. This policy is subject to change without notice. HUC will process all refunds in accordance with state and local laws.
