ʻUlu Ambassadors

In collaboration with the Chef Hui, we launched the ʻUlu Ambassador program to increase public awareness and appreciation of ʻulu as an amazingly versatile, climate-smart, culturally important, ʻāina-grown superfood, and to spotlight the innovative chefs leading its culinary renaissance.
 

We couldn't build Hawaiʻi's ʻulu industry without the support of passionate, dedicated chefs and educators who champion the use of ʻulu in both traditional and contemporary ways.
