Wholesale Shipping Policy

PAYMENT TERMS:

We offer NET15 terms and accept check, cash or credit card payments; we send invoices digitally via email once orders are processed that allow you to conveniently pay by credit card with no additional fees.

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Orders of 100 lbs. or less ship via FedEx Priority and arrive next day in Hawaiʻi by 5pm and 2nd day to the Continental U.S.

Orders of 200 lbs. or more ship via Air Cargo or Young Brothers depending on the customer's preference. We can also provide door-to-door delivery rates for all Hawaiian islands upon request.

FEDEX SHIPPING COSTS:

$1.20 per pound shipped within Hawaiʻi; $1.80 per pound shipped within the continental U.S.

Recurring weekly orders within Hawaiʻi receive discounted FedEx shipping rates of $1.00 per pound.

ʻUlu flours ship for free on qualifying orders of 25-lb. cases (bulk) and 3 cases (15 units) of any retail SKU.

 

Door to Door Delivery Options for Orders - 200 lbs or more: 

All Hawaiʻi Island locations receive $50 flat rate OR FREE SHIPPING for orders of 1,000+ lbs. 

For door-to-door delivery to most locations on Oʻahu, Maui, & Kauaʻi, please refer to the table below*
