Kalo (taro) – cleaned, peeled, diced into ¾” cubes, fully cooked, and packed in five 5-lb zipper bags, sold in 25-lb cases. This kalo is the perfect size for making kalo poke, salads, or hash. Kalo is gluten-free and vegan, and is a good source of fiber and vitamin B6. It also boasts the Hawaiʻi Seal of Quality.
