Hawaiʻi Food and Wine Festival is hosting a 'Kalo Recipe Contest'

In an effort to get more chefs to use kalo, the Hawaiʻi Food and Wine Festival is hosting a contest to encourage using the Hawaiian staple in a dish. This segment features Chef Jason Peel, owner of Kamikaze using products from ʻUlu Cooperative.
