This cupcake mix made by Aloha Bites is a blend of ʻUlu flour with other gluten free, non-GMO, vegan flours. This mix makes a dozen regular size cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes.
Ingredients: flour (ʻUlu flour, oat flour, whole grain brown rice flour, white rice flour, sweet rice flour), sugar, potato starch, baking powder, tapioca starch, salt, xanthan gum.
