Each retail bag contains 8 oz of ‘ulu vegan and gluten-free pancake mix and makes approximately six 10-inch pancakes. Ingredients include ʻulu (breadfruit) flour, glutinous rice flour, white rice flour, potato starch, baking powder, sugar, tapioca starch flour, xanthan gum, salt.
