Tartar sauce recipe made with ʻulu pickles! Perfect with breaded fried fish or vegetables.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise or vegannaise
-
2 or 3 spears of ʻulu pickles diced

¼ onion diced

4 Tablespoons ʻulu pickle juice
-
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Dice the ʻulu pickles and onion.
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients together.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve as a dipping sauce with fried fish or fried vegetables.
Recipe Note
You can make a vegan version of this sauce by using vegannaise.
