‘Ulu baked chips provide a very healthy option of cooking ‘Ulu and provide an easy snack for everyone. This is a great option to replace regular potatoes chips and eat something a lot more nutritious. This is a very easy dish to make so it’s great to get the kids involved. It is very important to evenly cut up all the ‘Ulu very thin so bake time will be even. When placing it on the baking pan make sure the ‘Ulu chips are all evenly spaced out and not overlapping one another. Bake time will most likely take longer than 10 minutes but not more than 20 minutes. Season with sea salt upon taking it out of the oven, let it cool down and enjoy.
