-
½ Cup Butter, melted
-
¾ Cup Sugar
-
2 Large eggs
-
1 tsp Vanilla extract
-
2 Overripe bananas, mashed
-
¼ Cup Cocoa powder
-
¾ Cup ʻUlu AP Mix
-
¼ tsp salt
-
½ tsp Baking powder

Chocolate chips on top to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease and line an 8 by 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and mashed banana.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Sift the flour mixture into the bowl with the wet ingredients, then gently fold them together until just combined.
Add the chocolate chips and fold the batter again.
Transfer the mixture to prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out with no wet batter.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 15 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Enjoy!
