A simple & easy gluten-free dessert or sweet snack made with cassava or yuca. With an unbeatable texture, this chocolate mochi is uniquely fun & full of flavor!

Ingredients

3 cups shredded cassava

1 cup coconut milk

½ cup sugar

½ cup cacao powder

3 tbsp coconut oil or butter

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp salt
Directions
Add shredded cassava, coconut milk, sugar, coconut oil or butter baking powder and salt into the food processor until you achieve a smooth texture.
Oil a cupcake pan or shallow brownie dish and pour in your batter.
Bake at 376˚ F for 30 minutes.
