Ingredients

6 oz Palaʻai

Boxed Mac and cheese & required ingredients

3 oz Bacon
Directions
Prepare boxed mac and cheese according to directions or follow your favorite mac and cheese recipe.
(optional) Peel defrosted palaʻai.
Dice palaʻai into bite-sized pieces.
Cut bacon into small strips and add to preheated pan on stovetop. Once bacon is cooked, remove from pan, leaving some oil in the pan.
Add palaʻai to hot pan. Add black pepper to taste and cook for 10 minutes or until caramelized to your liking. Add bacon back in and mix with palaʻai.
Combine mac and cheese and palaʻai/bacon mix and serve.
