Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups apple banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup avocado oil
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (can use sour cream)
- 1/2 cups Poi
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg, room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in seperate large mixing bowl.
- Add half of the dry ingredients into the wet and slowly combine, then add remaining dry ingredients. Fold gently.
- Add batter to parchment lined loaf pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F or until toothpick comes out clean.
