  1. Sauté onions in oil until caramelized

  2. Add taro and cook until desired crispness

  3. Add prime rib and cook until desired crispiness

  4. Remove food from heat and place into a bowl

  5. In the same pan, fry eggs sunny side up in the remaining oil for 3 minutes and season with salt, pepper and spices. Add eggs on top of the taro, prime rib and onions hash.
