Make your favorite taro milk tea at home in a snap. Reusable boba straws can be found online!
Ingredients

½ cup dried boba (tapioca pearls)

5 oz HUC Recipe-ready Kalo, defrosted and cut into small chunks

¾ cup condensed milk
-
1½ cup mac nut milk
-
1½ cup ice cubes

6 drops ube extract
Directions
Follow the directions on the package and prepare your boba.If there are no directions on the package here is a good method for cooking boba.
Microwave the kalo covered for 1 ½ min. Using a fork mash into a paste and let it cool slightly.
In a high-powered blender, combine the mashed kalo, condensed milk, mac nut milik, ice cubes and ube extract and puree until smooth.
Spoon your boba into two glasses and pour your frosty taro beverage over the top. Serve with a large boba straw.
