Janeé Gutierrez is a passionate food creative currently playing in the kitchen, where inspiration meets experimentation. Rooted in a deep love for local ingredients, she is especially drawn to ʻulu (breadfruit), kalo and its incredible versatility.
Janeé is currently exploring new ways to incorporate ʻulu and kalo into vibrant, flavorful recipes that celebrate their cultural and culinary importance. Joining her Mexican roots with local flavors. She hopes to host more dinner pop-ups soon—offering communal, nourishing experiences centered around these cherished ingredients and the stories they carry.
