This product ships via USPS and is also available for local pick up at our Kona (Honalo) and Hilo (Alae) facilities.
Ingredients: ‘Ulu, White Vinegar, Water, Salt, Garlic, Spices (turmeric, coriander, wild pepper, pink pepper, mace, mustard, clove).

Shelf life: store in a cool dry place for up to one year; refrigerate after opening.

I luvvvvvv these "pickles." For consumers who might balk at more traditional 'Ulu preparations, the spears provide the satisfaction of a big, juicy pickle, but with more substance than the rather watery cucumber pickles. I would like to see this product more readily available.
