Using this ʻulu flour-based pancake mix is an easy, nutritious and delicious way to join our farmers in making Hawaiʻi resilient and food secure. Each stand up pouch contains 8 oz. of ʻulu pancake mix and makes approximately six 10-inch pancakes! Available in cases of 10, or 3-pack. FREE SHIPPING to both Hawaiʻi and continental US addresses.
To bag contents add: 3 tablespoons melted butter, 1.25 cups milk, 1 egg (or use vegan alternatives!)
Directions: Mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into an oiled hot pan or griddle. Cook pancakes 1 to 1.5 minutes per side, or until edges begin to dry. Flip only once. Enjoy!
