Our ‘ulu pancake mix is so easy to work with. Just add 1 egg, milk and butter for the fluffiest gluten-free pancakes made with ‘ulu!

Ingredients

1 bag ‘ulu pancake mix

3 tablespoons melted butter

1.25 cups milk (or plant-based alternative)

1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients until well incorporated. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into an oiled hot pan or griddle.
Cook pancakes 1 to 1.5 minutes per side, or until edges begin to dry.
Flip only once and enjoy with toppings, butter and local honey!
Recipe Note
You can use a waffle iron to make waffles too!
