Diamond Bakery’s new school snack features ʻulu

August 7, 2025 [Aloha State Daily] Diamond Bakery’s launches a new ʻUlu Blueberry Animal Crackers in partnership with our the Hawaiʻi ʻUlu Cooperative. This milestone marks the largest mainstream introduction of ʻulu into schools statewide, offering keiki a delicious, locally made snack while strengthening support for Hawai‘i’s farmers and food system.
