Simple breadfruit "bread pudding" made with bakerʻs ripe ʻulu & brown sugar. A unique take on a classic to create a sweet breakfast dish or a healthier dessert.

Ingredients

16 oz. bakerʻs ripe ʻulu

Brown sugar to taste
Directions
Steam the ʻulu for 5 minutes or until fully rehydrated and warm.
With a sharp knife cut the ʻulu into ¾" cubes.
Sprinkle and gently toss the ʻulu with brown sugar until desired sweetness is achieved!
Recipe Note
