This quick salad recipe made with ʻulu (breadfruit) is packed with flavor using just a few simple ingredients, and is great for a picnic in the park!

Ingredients

12 oz. Recipe Ready ʻUlu
-
3 lbs. Cooked chicken
-
1 Large Sweet onion
-
2 Apples
-
4 Stalks of celery
-
1 Cup Mayonnaise
-
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Steam Recipe Ready ʻUlu and cut into poke, bit-sized pieces. Allow to cool completely.
Shred the chicken.
Dice the sweet onion and apple, and slice stalks of celery.
In a large bowl, combine the steamed ʻulu, chicken, sweet onion, apples, and celery.
Add the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
