Try these fried & delicious corned beef patties that uses breadfruit & a mix of vegetables. Serve as an appetizer or side dish. Either way they are delicious!

Ingredients

3 cups mature ʻulu (peeled, cored, and steamed), shredded
-
1 Package of pre-mixed chopped vegetables (bean sprouts, green onions, celery, carrots, daikon, and radish)- You can choose your mix.

1 can (12oz) corned beef
-
¼ cup of cilantro
-
2-3 eggs
-
Garlic pa'akai (Garlic salt - Hawaiian salt, & garlic powder)

Any oil for frying
Directions
In a large bowl, add the corned beef, 'ulu, veggie, cilantro, and eggs. Mix them well all together. Add Garlic Pa'akai for taste.
Form your patties into the desired size with your hand.
Add oil to a deep frying pan. Once it is hot, add the patties and let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
