Defrost frozen kalo overnight in refrigerator (you can speed up the defrost in microwave or by steaming, but beware that some of the cubes will break apart)
Mix onions, oyster sauce, shoyu/soy sauce, sesame oil, chili pepper paste in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly together.
Pour mixture over kalo dices and sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds/Furikake over top. Mix everything together.
