Kalo Poke

Ingredients: (4 servings)

24 oz. recipe ready kalo
1⁄2 a medium round onion, finely sliced
1 Cup pure sesame seed oil
2 Tbsp. alaea salt (add to taste)
2 Tbsp. ‘inamona (reserve the rest for garnish)
Limu, chopped (to taste)
1⁄4 cup Green onion, finely sliced (reserve some for garnish)

Directions:

Warm kalo in microwave for approximately 5-7 minutes, then cool to room temp. Cut into 1/2” cubes. Add sesame seed oil kalo to coat. Season with salt and ‘ina- mona, then add sliced onions and limu and mix well. Garnish with a dusting of ‘inamona and top with limu and green onion before serving.
