Here is a fun way to use ʻulu flour to make a healthy and tasty treat for your four-legged friends!
Ingredients
2 ½ cups ʻUlu flour
2 large eggs
2/3 cup Puréed pumpkin
3 Tbsp Organic peanut butter
Directions
Mix in kitchen aid using the paddle attachment. It should have the consistency of a dry pie crust dough.
Empty mixture onto a floured surface and lightly knead the dough.
Roll it out into the shape of a cookie sheet, about a quarter inch thick.
Place the rolled out dough on the cookie sheet and cut into half inch squares. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Break apart after it has cooled enough to handle. If you wait too long it will get hard to break easily.
