Try this simple & delicious roasted breadfruit recipe drizzled with olive oil & topped with a refreshing sauce made of cilantro, garlic, & yogurt.

Ingredients

3 cups mature ʻulu (peeled, cored, and steamed/defrosted), large dice

1 tbsp canola oil

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ tsp Aleppo pepper or smoked paprika

¼ cup Greek yogurt
-
1 tbsp cilantro
-
½ of a lemon
-
1 pinch cumin
-
1 clove garlic, minced
Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven 450 degrees
Spread the ʻulu on to a sheet pan, drizzle with oil, season with salt, pepper and Aleppo pepper and toss to combine.
Roast 15 minutes until golden brown.
In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients, until smooth.
Drizzle this yogurt sauce over the roasted ʻulu and serve.
