We are excited to announce our Spring 2021 ʻUlu Recipe Contest! Finalists will be featured on our website and one grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift card to Restaurant XO.

Featured judges are Chef Harrison Ines and Farmer Andrew Trump.

The deadline to submit your one-of-a-kind ʻulu creations has been extended to April 15, 2021. Good luck everyone!

Judging criteria:

  • Creativity (1-5 points)
  • Appearance (1-5 points)
  • Instructions are clear and easy to follow (1-5 points)

For an extra five points, post an image or video of your recipe on social media with hashtag #ULURECIPE and tag us @hawaiiulucoop!

Submission form guidelines:

1. Send us a high quality photo of your dish. A wide shot is preferred and more than 1920 pixel wide image is recommended.

2. Prepare the following details: Recipe title, short description of your recipe, recipe yield, list of ingredients and measurements, step by step cooking instructions, your social media or website links.
