Cassava pizza
Directions
Blend together the ingredients for the turmeric sauce in a food processor for binding and add shredded cassava to the mixture to create the pizza.
Pat down thin crust on oiled griddle, let cook until golden brown and cassava starts to turn translucent, about 3-5 minutes depending on griddle heat.
While the cassava is cooking, fry some roasted vegetables in a pan. Then flip the crust when ready.
As the second side of the crust cooks, add the toppings, let heat up for a couple of minutes, add cheese and cover with a lid for optimal cheese melting.
It really is a simple crust and toppings can be altered to the pizza of your desire. Main tip is to cook the cassava thoroughly, making sure it starts to turn translucent and golden brown.
