Made with 100% Hawaiʻi grown ingredients, this breadfruit poke from the Savio ʻohana of Pilialoha Farms is wonderful take on the traditional Hawaiian dish.

Ingredients

ʻUlu, steamed and cut into cubes

Green onion, chopped

Macadamia Nut, crushed

Limu manauea (Ogo)

Grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise

Nīoi (Hawaiian Chili Pepper), finely chopped

Macadamia nut oil
-
Paʻakai (Salt)
Directions
In a pan, dry roast crushed macadamia nuts
Put ʻulu in a large bowl and drizzle with macadamia nut oil; start slowly and do not over apply
Add all ingredients except salt and mix well
Add salt to taste
Allow the poke to set for a few hours before serving, stirring occasionally to distribute flavor equally
Serve at room temperature
