So ‘ono!

I’m hooked! I first used ‘ulu flour last summer and my family has fallen in love with it! I primarily bake with it but run out too fast to try other recipes. I’ll soon try your other products but will forever use Hawai’i grown ‘ulu flour.

Love the flour

We were not happy with the ingredients included in the baking mix, but absolutely LOVE the pure Ulu flour!! Only other thing is the cost. Very expensive for a lb.

Tastes great, supports local farmers, and boosts food independence

Worked great in pancakes, as well as conventional banana bread. Next up, I’ll be trying it in a recipe where the ‘ulu isn’t trying to replace wheat flour, rather, it’s appreciated on its own: mai‘a ‘ulu mochi. Importantly, every time I use ‘ulu, I know that I’m doing my small part to support local growers. This creates jobs, and also ensures that we have increased food security that will lessen our reliance upon imported foods. Mahalo nu nui for making ‘ulu flour available and accessible!
