Wow! So much!

It was frozen when I picked it up, and man did it provide for a ton of meals! Just make sure you only defrost the amount you need. Will definitely buy again.

Delicious & Easy to prepare

The shipment arrived perfectly, the ʻulu were prepared perfectly, and I highly recommend the curry recipe (which is now on heavy rotation with my 'ohana!)

Christmas in January!

Just letting you know that packaged arrived yesterday! I was starting to think something had gone wrong delivery, lost a little faith in a way. But, after the knock on my door and seeing the FedEx guy leaving, I scan my porch for Ulu gold! It was about the amount expected to fit in the freezer, the packaging was different than what I am used to but effective. I opened the box feeling like a child at Christmas. I selected 3 slices to dice, fry with my ripe plantain and chicken. I was not taught to cook, but I do my best. I can't remember my wife everything on her plate but it happened! Thank you for a cherished moment!

Ulu Salad

My Thanksgiving crowd (2x) loves my ulu salad. I love that I can buy it already par-cooked, quartered and easy to prepare. It's perfectly cool packed and shipped next day. Mahalo.
